Back by Popular Demand! Join us for our 2-Week Online Casting Director Intensive with Bernadette McBrinn!
This class is for actors 16 years old and up and you will be working on scene study and audition techniques. This will be a live interactive class where you will have a Q&A and you will be able to perform and get feedback from Bernadette. You will be able to download the recordings of your performances for educational purposes and send us your headshot, resume, acting reel and anything else you want Bernadette to see.
Bernadette is an Associate Casting Director with Candice Alustiza Casting.
Most recent credits include: The upcoming Independent film THESE LITTLE ONES PERISH from Director Alex Noyer, the Amazon Prime series MR & MRS SMITH, created by & starring Donald Glover, a 2024 EMMY nominee for Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series. The AppleTV+ Anthology series EXTRAPOLATIONS, the limited series LADY IN THE LAKE for Amazon Prime, starring Natalie Portman, the HBO MAX mini series FULL CIRCLE, Directed by Steven Soderbergh, the Feature Films IF, written & directed by John Krasinski, & TRANSFORMERS: RISE OF THE BEASTS, both for Paramount Pictures.
Previous Credits include: Seasons 2 & 3 of the AppleTV+ Series SEE, starring Jason Momoa. Prior to working with Candice, she was with Gayle Keller Casting & worked on the feature film HUSTLERS starring Jennifer Lopez & Constance Wu, and Season 1 of the FX Series What We Do in the Shadows. She was also the Associate Casting Director on Season 2 of the Marvel/Netflix series The Punisher & The Emmy Nominated Netflix short form series It’s Bruno!
Before transitioning into casting, she was a talent agent with Avalon Artists Group for 7 years.

Prep Instructions:
Please prepare a scene from TV or film for each class, no longer than 2 minutes (2 pages) in length . Scenes are strongly preferred, please do not perform a monologue unless specifically requested. Upon registration, we will send you a link to our scene database that you are welcome to browse and select from.
Please note: If you have a Gmail account, our emails sometimes end up in the "Promotions" or "Spam" folders. Once you register for a class, you should receive your registration confirmation email within 24 hours or one business day. If you do not see an email from us, please check these folders. You can also remedy this by dragging our email from "Promotions" to your main inbox- then it should not happen again. Additionally, you can add our email, info@actingandvoicestudios.com, to your contact list, and our emails should come through.
PLEASE NOTE: We don't offer refunds under any circumstances but offer full credit that you can apply toward another class if you cancel your class 24 Hours or more prior to the class. We won't provide credit after the class has already begun. Please read our Studio Policy for more information.
