Don't Miss our Online Animation Workshop for All Ages with 2 Top VO Agents at Stewart Talent - Jason Sasportas  & Bonnie Shumofsky Bloom! This class is for ages 7 and up, including kids, teens, and adults any age and will be held online via Zoom. This will be a live, interactive class with a Q&A and the opportunity to perform for and get feedback from Jason & Bonnie! You will also be able to send us your headshot, resume, acting reel and anything else you would want them to see. You will be able to download the recording of your performance for educational purposes only. 

Jason Sasportas is head of the voice-over department for Stewart Talent, a leading talent agency in NY. He has booked clients on numerous national network commercial campaigns including Subway, Citizen’s Bank, Chevron, USAA, Shingrix, Walmart, HP, Pedigree & Fructis Garnier. While commercials are his focus, Jason covers all areas of voice-over. He has clients working regularly as audio book narrators and has booked talent on documentaries for A&E, National Geographic and The Weather Channel, in addition to various animation and videogame projects.

Recognized as one of the top children’s agents in the industry, Bonnie Shumofsky Bloom, is the head of the children’s/young adult division at Stewart Talent. Bonnie has been in the industry for over thirty years and is known for her knowledge of the commercial, voice over and print aspects of the industry. She develops and offers insightful guidance to her clients, many of which have gone on to become well-known actors, producers, directors and writers within the industry.  Her reputation and knowledge within the profession is well known and she is often asked to meet and represent the children of prominent personalities in the industry.

She has worked on numerous on-air national commercial campaigns and has represented the talented individuals who were cast in them such as the “Pepsi Girl“ the “Dell Dude” and most recently the “Verizon Fios kid.”  Her field of expertise also extends into the arena of voice overs and animation.  There too she has represented clients who have been cast as leads in several long-running, well-known TV series (such as Nickelodeon’s Dora the Explorer, Diego, Little Bill, and Backyardigans) and animated features by Pixar, Disney & Universal studios (e.g. The Incredible 1 and 2 , Super Buddies, Toy Story, Despicable Me, and Despicable Me 2) and 3 and most recently the Grinch, Wonder Park and many others. Recently she booked the lead in American Born Chinese on Disney plus and has one of the leads in Disney Plus new movie Slumber Party. She also has several clients on Broadway and on National tours including Lion King, Frozen, Les Mis and Hamilton.

Please prepare a piece of animation copy to perform live in class. Upon registration, we will send you a link to our database that you are welcome to browse.
